I realize there are many big sites to simplify your search (heck I use them too) but their object is to get your information and sell you to any agent who is willing to pay. My site may not be as robust (I think it’s pretty cool though because I oversee it and make sure it is relatable and relevant to your needs) but it does include market and school reports, sold, pendings etc. It is updated every 15 minutes, in real time with the mls. Wondering why the big sites can’t do that? I’ll let you in on a secret…you’re not the best sellable lead if you’re calling on a “sold” property.  Like any industry, it’s a business.
