Julia was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago which has given her extensive knowledge of the area as a whole. She currently resides in New Lenox with her husband Alec, a firefighter/paramedic for the New Lenox Fire Protection District, their daughter, Miley, son Gio, and basset hound Rudy. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her kids and visiting family.
