Tera has a shared love of real estate with her husband who has worked in the commercial side of the industry for years. Utilizing her Bachelors in English, she began assisting his career and not too long after, decided she wanted to branch out into residential real estate. Joining the Mike McCatty Group, with a team of professional, experienced agents, closing over a Billion in sales with 6,000 transactions, she has access to the tools she is seeking to achieve “Top Level” producer.
Prior to real estate, Tera has worked in the corporate world with 15 years’ experience as a Lien Specialist for a large law firm, where she mastered the skill of negotiation. This, coupled with her commitment to excellent customer service by building relationships with trust, effective communication and dedication is what makes Tera a perfect choice to represent you in your real estate transaction.
